Early 2009 I became a Buddhist student, and my life since is very much inspired by the dharma, which to me embodies all of the above and more. It is a never-ending journey and learning curve and it is one that is having my full devotion. Knowing that every challenge is an opportunity to grow, has a higher purpose and serves you if you are willing to look at it from a higher perspective. Learning to open my heart, to accept myself, others and life itself. Practicing patience and humility; having faith in the divine purpose of my live and the willingness to surrender to it. Recognizing that just as we are a mystery to ourselves, the other person is also a mystery to us. I aspire to understand myself, the other and all living beings, and to regard all the mysteries of life with curiosity and joy. Understanding that we are all deeply connected; how much my own happiness is linked to that of others; there is no individual happiness independent of others. Change is constant. Every life goes through phases of difficult change as well as peace.

My Wonderful Energy Healers
All difficulties in life can be seen as major opportunities for growth and healing, I admit: hugely challenging to embrace this while being in the middle of painful chaos. Experiencing one of the most difficult periods in my life a few years ago, but it was during that time, I turned for help to some awesome energy healers, and it was during that healing journey I truly found my soul purpose and decided to re-direct my life towards becoming a crystal energy healer. This has been the most rewarding turn in my life ever, as I truly everyday get inspired by my crystals and my clients going through their own healing process. I am so grateful and humble to be part of their healing journey. Crystal Healing walks hand in hand with me on my dharmic path; it is an endless discovery and school of life in itself….. I am eternally grateful to my beautiful healers who helped me on my path to become one my-self.

Crystal Bliss
I have to admit I am utterly and hopelessly in love with all of my crystals, they provide me the opportunity to continuously progress my own healing process and enable me to practise my healing capabilities. My crystals are mostly sourced from known sources, in order to ensure ethical mining… I cannot be 100% sure 100% of the time, but it is my true motivation and believe to treat the crystals, the miners and the earth with respect. Through meditation with the crystals and regular chakra lay outs on myself they truly support me to return every so often into my state of BLISS. Bliss as in; a state of profound joy, contentment, and inner peace that transcends the usual fluctuations of emotions and circumstances. I associate it with a deep connection to the divine or higher consciousness. I might experience it during moments of meditation, prayer, relaxation, simply being in nature or during healing sessions. Bliss to me has a sense of unity, expansiveness, and timelessness. It is a state where the boundaries of the ego dissolve, and one feels a profound interconnectedness with all of existence. In this state, there is a profound understanding that we are part of a greater whole and that love, compassion, and wisdom are the fundamental nature of reality.
While blissful states may come and go, the underlying realization and connection to the divine will continue to influence one's life, fostering a sense of inner peace and harmony even in the face of challenges!
